Licensed veterinary surgeon responsible for reviewing pre-existing condition checks and clinical histories, communicating decisions to vets and pet parents via chat/phone/email, using AI tools to automate processes, and collaborating with claims, comms, and product teams to improve onboarding and customer experience.

Serve as Fetch's primary customer voice across chat, email, and phone. Lead retention and cancellation conversations, own complaints end-to-end, resolve complex claims and billing issues, improve processes and chat flows, coach new hires, and surface product gaps to cross-functional teams.

Lead and build the Customer Operations claims team, manage daily operations and service metrics, design human+AI workflows, create playbooks and dashboards, handle escalations, and partner with Product, Engineering and Risk to improve end-to-end claims journeys.

Lead organic short-form content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) end-to-end: concept, script, shoot, edit, post. Build repeatable series, spot trends, turn real moments into viral pieces, and create hooks to feed paid performance while growing engagement and followers.
