Lead applied AI development for pet health products, including model selection, evaluation, prompting, retrieval, fine-tuning, post-training, multimodal understanding, guardrails, and production monitoring. Build proprietary domain-specific intelligence using pet health data and veterinary expertise. Partner with product, engineering, compliance, vets, and founders to shape AI strategy, ship reliable systems, and establish the foundation for a future AI team.

Design and build consumer app and partner platform experiences from concept through release. Responsibilities include UX and visual design, prototyping, frontend development with React and TypeScript, design system improvements, accessibility, responsive interfaces, AI-assisted exploration, and refining products based on user feedback. The role requires close collaboration with design, brand, product, and engineering teams, with ownership of detailed, intuitive digital experiences.

Own Fetch’s growth strategy, acquisition, conversion, lifecycle, referrals, partnerships, website, and emerging channels. Build scalable paid and organic growth engines, lead weekly creative and funnel testing, establish AI-native experimentation workflows, and manage CAC, LTV, payback, conversion, and retention metrics. Lead and coach a small growth team while partnering closely with founders to expand Fetch’s Australian consumer pet health brand.
