Teams at Fever

Drive inbound and outbound B2B sales pipeline for Fever’s corporate ticketing offering. Manage group ticket sales through the full cycle, from qualification and outreach to closing and payment. Build optimized sales sequences, maintain CRM accuracy, forecast pipeline, track KPIs, and collaborate with billing, project management, and sales teams. The role requires English and Korean fluency, strong communication and negotiation skills, target achievement, data-driven decision-making, and comfort building processes in an ambiguous environment.

Own enterprise and strategic prospect relationships for Fever for Business, driving new-logo growth, pipeline creation, deal execution, and recurring revenue. Manage consultative B2B sales cycles using MEDDIC-style methodologies, exceed revenue targets, develop outreach strategies, engage senior stakeholders, and maintain accurate forecasting and CRM records. Collaborate with Marketing, Partners, and Operations while expanding Fever’s corporate and institutional client base.

Leads commercial fit-out and event production across Australia and New Zealand, managing teams, contractors, vendors, budgets, permits, venue preparation, logistics, and delivery of touring and recurring experiences. The role oversees multiple productions, supports feasibility and planning, develops efficient production processes, ensures compliance with liquor, building, safety, and fire regulations, and collaborates with internal teams and external stakeholders. Domestic and international travel is required.
