Lead enterprise AI adoption across client-facing teams: act as SME for ChatGPT/Claude/Copilot/AskDex, build use-case library, run user community, create AI agents and workflows, measure adoption and impact, and ensure alignment with governance, risk and responsible AI standards while reporting to executive leadership.

Lead product marketing for prioritized product plays: define audiences and positioning, develop value propositions and campaign content, enable sales with content packs, integrate activity across channels, and measure performance against revenue, pipeline, adoption and cross-sell metrics to inform investment decisions.

Lead Findex's content, SEO and AI answer-engine strategy end-to-end: set editorial voice and calendar, build site architecture and schema, run AI-scaled content pipelines, produce thought leadership and client stories, partner with performance marketing, and track SEO/AEO performance to optimise visibility and conversions.

Manage client portfolios, oversee accounting/reporting compliance, mentor junior staff, and provide strategic business advice for SMEs.

Provide front-of-house and administrative support for the Business Advisory team: prepare financial packages, manage ATO correspondence and tax lodgements, handle invoicing and WIP, communicate with advisors and partners, and cover reception duties while delivering excellent client service.
