Lead enterprise AI adoption across client-facing teams: act as SME for ChatGPT/Claude/Copilot/AskDex, build use-case library, run user community, create AI agents and workflows, measure adoption and impact, and ensure alignment with governance, risk and responsible AI standards while reporting to executive leadership.

The role involves leading a tax advisory team, managing client relationships, providing corporate tax advice, and mentoring staff while enhancing tax technology solutions.

Manage end-to-end payroll processing (weekly, fortnightly, monthly) for diverse clients, ensure compliance with Australian payroll legislation, maintain client relationships, attend meetings, support the payroll team, and use payroll systems and Excel to deliver accurate, compliant payrolls.
