Supports financial planning clients by onboarding accounts, preparing and implementing advice documents, maintaining accurate records, processing investment transactions, and liaising with financial institutions. Works closely with advisers, partners, and client services teams to ensure timely, accurate completion of client requirements. Provides technically complex tax advice to clients, manages and grows a diverse client portfolio, identifies new business opportunities, collaborates with Australian and global teams, and leads tax-related learning activities. The role requires specialist SME or corporate tax expertise, strong technical capability, relevant accounting, commerce, or law qualifications, and a collaborative, proactive approach.

Prepare financial statements and income tax returns for individuals, partnerships, trusts, and companies. Provide accounting, tax, budgeting, cash-flow forecasting, KPI dashboard, management reporting, virtual CFO, and finance back-office support. The role requires client service, accuracy, workload prioritization, and collaboration, with opportunities for CA/CPA development and career progression.
