Lead enterprise AI adoption across client-facing teams: act as SME for ChatGPT/Claude/Copilot/AskDex, build use-case library, run user community, create AI agents and workflows, measure adoption and impact, and ensure alignment with governance, risk and responsible AI standards while reporting to executive leadership.

Prepare financial statements and income tax returns for individuals, partnerships, trusts, and companies. Provide accounting, tax, budgeting, cash-flow forecasting, KPI dashboard, management reporting, virtual CFO, and finance back-office support. The role requires client service, accuracy, workload prioritization, and collaboration, with opportunities for CA/CPA development and career progression.

Provides administrative and client service support to the SMSF team, including tax return lodging, ATO correspondence, financial package preparation, ASIC compliance, entity establishment, legal document orders, invoicing, and WIP management. The role involves coordinating with accountants, advisors, partners, and corporate staff to fulfill client requests and deliver responsive service.
