Own and lead the end-to-end Talent Acquisition function across Australia, New Zealand, and the Philippines. Develop TA strategy, improve recruitment processes and technology, lead a distributed team, build talent pipelines, strengthen employer branding, establish performance metrics, and partner with executives and hiring managers. Remain hands-on in recruiting senior, technical, specialist, sales, and difficult-to-fill positions while adopting AI and automation to improve hiring effectiveness.

Provide technical support for Microsoft AD, Azure, Microsoft 365 and Exchange environments; troubleshoot desktops, servers, firewalls and networks; work with cloud platforms (Azure, Entra, Hyper-V, Citrix, AWS); use ticketing systems; collaborate with senior engineers on projects and maintain secure, stable customer environments while building trusted relationships.

Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, identifying AI, automation and collaboration opportunities, building roadmaps and business cases, facilitating workshops, driving adoption, and tracking measurable productivity outcomes using Microsoft 365 and modern workplace technologies.
