Manage and grow strategic partner relationships to drive sales and revenue. Develop and execute partner growth plans, monitor performance, resolve issues, negotiate agreements, conduct reviews, and deliver partner training and support.

Lead end-to-end implementations and conversions for merchant acquiring and financial institution clients. Serve as client-facing trusted advisor, translate requirements into project plans, manage schedules, resources, risks, scope, and cross-functional teams, perform feasibility and cost-benefit analyses, and ensure timely, compliant, high-quality launches.

Serve as the primary technical liaison for clients integrating with Fiserv payment gateway APIs. Provide API integration guidance, troubleshoot auth, transaction flows, webhooks, review payloads/logs/code, drive root-cause analysis, create integration guides, and relay client feedback to product and engineering.

Provide 2nd-level technical support and troubleshooting for SaaS platforms and payment terminals; manage terminal provisioning and merchant onboarding; analyze transaction and chargeback data to identify root causes; drive product adoption, retention, and merchant satisfaction; coordinate fixes with Product/Engineering/Operations and maintain case records in Salesforce/CRM.
