Lead regional design engagement and Experience Centre operations, manage a team of Design Development Managers and Experience Centre staff, cultivate relationships with tier 1 specifiers/designers/architects, plan and run events, translate global strategy into regional execution, and drive specification and commercial outcomes using CRM and programme tools.

Lead month-end and year-end accounting, balance sheet reconciliations, intercompany activity, cashflow support, tax/BAS/FBT compliance, audit coordination, inventory costing, ERP improvements, financial analysis and stakeholder partnership to strengthen controls and drive process improvements.
