Designs, deploys, administers, and supports global Windows Server and Citrix desktop virtualization environments. Responsibilities include troubleshooting production issues, implementing and migrating Citrix deployments, managing Active Directory and certification services, configuring security policies, automating tasks with PowerShell, monitoring environments, and delivering managed services to clients. The role also collaborates with global teams, users, and management on operational support and infrastructure projects.

Provides technical client support and relationship management for trading platforms. Responsibilities include gathering workflow requirements, troubleshooting production issues, coordinating with development and QA teams, deploying patches, documenting root causes, designing technical solutions, automating maintenance with scripts, onboarding FIX connections, and implementing FX liquidity providers. The role requires client-facing communication, trading technology expertise, and occasional shift, weekend, and holiday coverage.
