The 3D Animator will bring characters to life, enhance storytelling, and meet creative and technical requirements while collaborating with the animation team.

Lead and manage a team of 3D animators, act as primary production contact, coach junior artists, solve creative and technical animation challenges, maintain workflows and tools (especially Maya), attend dailies, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

Create, maintain, and support character, prop, and set-piece rigs; ensure rigs meet aesthetic, performance, and technical standards; respond to director and supervisor feedback; troubleshoot and support animators and TDs; develop rigging techniques and pipeline processes.
