Lead technical integrations for Flywire's payments platform: configure and test client environments, set up file specs and jobs, run client technical meetings, collaborate with product and engineering, produce technical documentation, ensure system performance and quality, and contribute to product vision and customer experience.

Serve as subject-matter expert for Flywire's education payments implementations. Lead discovery, configuration, change management, training, documentation, and knowledge transfer for student receivables and eCommerce SaaS; collaborate with product, engineering, project managers, and clients; mentor new hires and support customer success metrics.
