Manage a portfolio of enterprise B2B SaaS customers to drive adoption of Fonoa's indirect tax platform. Lead onboarding, implementation project management, account health monitoring, upsell/cross-sell opportunities, renewals, and executive stakeholder relationships. Act as customer advocate to the product team and build referenceable customer case studies while shaping the company's customer success strategy.

As a Technical Support Specialist, you'll assist clients with technical questions, troubleshoot issues, escalate complex problems, and maintain a knowledge base for improving customer support.

Own the full enterprise sales cycle to win net-new logos across software, marketplaces, and digital services. Build outbound pipeline, lead complex multi-stakeholder deals using MEDDPICC/Challenger, sell on value and ROI, and partner cross-functionally to drive expansion and accurate forecasting.
