Provide second-level pre-sales technical support across APAC/EMEA for switching and IAM/NAC solutions. Design solutions for RFPs/RFIs, lead technical demos/POCs/workshops, assist field SEs, produce sales technical collateral, relay customer requirements to Product Management, analyze project trends, and travel regionally as required. Must cover at least two of three product areas (Switching, IAM, NAC).

Lead enterprise account management for large clients: drive new business pitches, onboard and grow accounts, generate pipeline, qualify opportunities, forecast sales, negotiate enterprise deployments, and collaborate on RFP/RFI, proposals and Statements of Work to deliver Fortinet security solutions.

Provide pre-sales technical consultancy and solution design for switching and Wi‑Fi network security. Prepare proposals, RFPs/RFIs, demos and POCs, deliver professional services and channel training, and troubleshoot complex enterprise networking security environments.
