Manage accurate, timely payroll processing for European countries, ensuring compliance with local labor and tax laws. Validate timecards, audit payroll registers, resolve discrepancies, support T&A training, create SOPs, implement payroll policies, and lead process improvement projects while partnering with stakeholders to address payroll inquiries.

Serve as a Record-to-Report subject matter expert, providing technical leadership, transaction review and approval, training, process improvement, project participation, audit support, and ensuring accounting complies with GAAP and global policies. Lead issue resolution, root-cause actions, and contribute to R2R tower management and stabilization of migrated entities.

Maintain the general ledger and execute month-end close: journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, intercompany confirmations, fixed assets, bank reconciliations, and reporting. Review BlackLine journals, perform internal controls per iPace, prepare consolidation reports, support audits, update SOPs, and identify/process improvements to meet SLAs.
