Manage end-to-end recruitment for a high-volume and specialized hiring environment supporting the Manila GBS hub. Partner with hiring managers to define needs, proactively source candidates, maintain ATS (Workday), improve recruitment processes and SOPs, drive employer branding, support TA projects, coach junior recruiters, ensure compliance with local labor laws, and facilitate offer negotiation and closure.

Supervise an Account-to-Report cluster: oversee transactional accounting and month-end close for fixed assets, intercompany and general ledger; ensure GAAP compliance; manage team attendance and performance; drive process improvements, issue resolution, KPI reporting, and stakeholder collaboration; support transitions and complex transactions.

Lead IT risk assessments, evaluate and document inherent and residual risks, partner with stakeholders to develop and monitor risk response plans, support enterprise IT risk and cyber security initiatives, maintain risk management procedures and best practices, and communicate risks across ITS and business units.
