The ICT Business Development Manager will drive new business by managing the sales cycle, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with partners and teams.

Manage a portfolio of SMB partners to drive revenue growth through upsell, cross-sell and product adoption. Proactively engage accounts via calls, video and face-to-face meetings, analyse usage data, run consultative sales conversations, retain partners, and collaborate with Sales and Onboarding to remove blockers and improve outcomes. Role is quota-carrying and commission-earning, based in Sydney office.

Drive outbound B2B sales in Sydney for Fresha's SaaS marketplace. Prospect, qualify and demo to decision-makers, manage the full sales cycle to close deals, hit KPIs, document activity in CRM, and collaborate cross-functionally to grow merchant adoption.
