Develop and deliver internal and external corporate communications and stakeholder engagement plans. Create leadership messaging, campaigns, web and social content, manage internal platforms, and support change communications to strengthen employee engagement, brand alignment and organisational reputation.

Lead a small HR administration team to deliver end-to-end people operations across the employee lifecycle, maintain HRIS data integrity, support payroll and compliance, prepare contracts, handle onboarding/offboarding, respond to employee and manager queries, and drive continuous process improvements.

Serve as primary day-to-day contact for Graphic Communications customers, manage enquiries and issue resolution, support full sales cycle with internal teams, maintain CRM and territory plans, monitor account performance, and drive cross-sell/upsell opportunities to support revenue growth.

Lead and mentor onsite desktop technicians while managing end-user compute services. Administer Windows OS, Intune, SCCM, GPOs, M365 and identity services, support endpoint security (Tanium/Netskope), handle escalations, maintain SLAs via ServiceNow, and provide tier-3 hardware and application support.

Lead and maintain WHS management systems, drive safety strategy and continuous improvement, liaise with stakeholders, oversee workers compensation and return-to-work, deliver WHS training, monitor compliance and reporting across multiple locations nationally.
