Lead a two-person HR administration team and own end-to-end employee lifecycle administration. Responsibilities include workload allocation, quality assurance, employment contracts, HR documentation, employee records, HRIS and payroll data integrity, compliance, employee support, process improvement, and participation in broader People team projects.

Build, enhance, support, and troubleshoot Java applications using Spring Boot, React.js, AWS, Linux, microservices, APIs, and modern web technologies. Responsibilities include application design, development, cloud deployment, production monitoring, performance tuning, architecture contributions, documentation, stakeholder collaboration, and rotational after-hours support. The role also provides occasional support for legacy Struts and JSP applications.

Manage a diverse print portfolio spanning hardware, software, spares, and consumables across the full product lifecycle. Analyze product performance, profitability, market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback. Support pricing, positioning, roadmaps, product launches, compliance, documentation, and audits. Partner with sales and cross-functional teams to improve product knowledge, execution, and commercial performance while developing product management and product marketing capabilities.
