Develop and deliver internal and external corporate communications and stakeholder engagement plans. Create leadership messaging, campaigns, web and social content, manage internal platforms, and support change communications to strengthen employee engagement, brand alignment and organisational reputation.

Generate and qualify new leads via high-volume outbound calling, email campaigns, and social selling. Book meetings and demos, manage pipeline end-to-end, maintain accurate prospect data in CRM, and consistently meet quarterly targets while collaborating with the sales team.

Provide third-level support and development for customer-facing applications built on Perl, SQL and XML. Manage production environments, triage incidents, perform release management, monitoring, performance tuning, testing, upgrades, and documentation. Maintain AIX/DB2 environments, diagnose and correct problems, and implement improvements. Use scripting (Perl, SQL, Python) and support application lifecycle in large IT settings.
