Lead a small HR administration team to deliver end-to-end people operations across the employee lifecycle, maintain HRIS data integrity, support payroll and compliance, prepare contracts, handle onboarding/offboarding, respond to employee and manager queries, and drive continuous process improvements.

Generate new leads via high-volume outbound calling, email campaigns, and social selling. Qualify prospects, book meetings/demos, manage pipeline and follow-ups, and maintain accurate prospect data in CRM. Own pipeline, forecasting, deal coaching, and client relationships; execute sales strategies, participate in key negotiations, and ensure disciplined sales activity and Salesforce accuracy to achieve targets.
