This part-time IT internship provides hands-on experience with enterprise technology projects involving Power BI, Power Automate, AI, Java, .NET, data analytics, process automation, and software development. The intern will work with experienced ICT professionals, receive training and mentoring, contribute to business improvement initiatives, and develop practical skills in automation, data visualization, software engineering, and emerging technologies.

Own premium customer solutions as the primary technical escalation point, providing advanced support, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, incident management, lifecycle delivery, monitoring, and service improvement. Manage upgrades, migrations, implementations, testing, and handovers while maintaining SLA performance. Build customer and stakeholder relationships through service reviews, reporting, technical advice, and coordination with internal teams and vendors. Develop documentation, mentor team members, and support critical incidents after hours when required.
