Leads G Adventures’ Oceania tour operations, overseeing regional strategy, budgets, suppliers, staffing, quality, safety, compliance, incident management, and customer experience. Manages remote teams and tour staff, develops operational processes, supports product and inventory planning, negotiates with suppliers, monitors performance, and drives continuous improvement. The role also represents the company with tourism stakeholders and participates in regional travel, supplier inspections, industry events, and emergency-response rotation.
