Provides first- and second-level onsite IT support to more than 700 research and administrative users. Responsibilities include help desk assistance, walk-up support, macOS and Windows workstation support, laptop rebuilds, Microsoft Office 365 support, peripheral and telephony troubleshooting, ticket documentation, and equipment maintenance. The role requires strong customer service, communication, troubleshooting, time management, and the ability to work independently in a busy research environment.

Lead the design, development, deployment, and operation of a Gen3-based research data platform on Google Cloud Platform. Responsibilities include coordinating single-cell omics and clinical-data ETL workflows, developing integrations with analysis tools, managing Kubernetes, Terraform/OpenTofu, and CI/CD infrastructure, gathering stakeholder requirements, contributing code and architecture decisions, improving developer tooling, and mentoring team members.
