Lead and deliver cutting-edge research into cellular, metabolic and microbial mechanisms of human intestinal disease using single-cell and spatial transcriptomics. Manage projects, publish results, supervise and mentor students and junior staff, collaborate across teams, contribute to grant applications, and represent the institute at conferences and external partnerships.

Lead computational analysis of multi-omics dataset, focusing on prostate cancer. Responsibilities include statistical integration, AI implementation, and collaboration with wet-lab scientists.
