Lead the design, development, deployment, and operation of a Gen3-based research data platform on Google Cloud Platform. Responsibilities include coordinating single-cell omics and clinical-data ETL workflows, developing integrations with analysis tools, managing Kubernetes, Terraform/OpenTofu, and CI/CD infrastructure, gathering stakeholder requirements, contributing code and architecture decisions, improving developer tooling, and mentoring team members.

Leads Executive Office operations, governance infrastructure, executive preparation, stakeholder communications, and support for leadership forums and committees. Manages the Executive Assistant, coordinates calendars and meetings, prepares briefings and Board papers, oversees action follow-up, supports presentations, and provides research and analytical assistance to the Executive Director. The role requires exceptional organisation, communication, discretion, judgement, and ability to manage complex priorities in a scientific research environment.

Leads computational biology and machine learning research on cancer cell dormancy and relapse. Develops deep learning pipelines, foundation models, single-cell trajectory methods, and multi-omic analyses integrating imaging, molecular, and clinical data. Coordinates international collaborations, supervises junior staff and students, manages computational infrastructure and reproducible pipelines, contributes to grants and publications, and provides strategic computational leadership across the AllClear consortium.
