The role supports UAT, release planning, user training, product demonstrations, workshops, and pre-sales activities. It requires deep knowledge of Australian wealth management, superannuation, investment management, tax reporting, and financial services, along with Jira, Confluence, Agile, Waterfall, stakeholder management, and emerging AI and prompt engineering practices.

Lead enterprise AI engineering strategy and delivery across technology operations. Build reusable AI agents, RAG architectures, knowledge bases, frameworks, and accelerators. Establish responsible AI standards, architecture patterns, governance, security, observability, auditability, and risk controls. Evaluate emerging AI technologies, shape enterprise AI strategy, and influence senior stakeholders to drive adoption across engineering teams.

Provide production support for GBST clients: triage and resolve issues, lead version upgrades and UAT, perform defect analysis and create development tickets, support out-of-hours as needed, and liaise with development and stakeholder teams to maintain stable, secure trading applications.

Drive new business and revenue growth across APAC by managing complex enterprise sales cycles, building C-suite relationships, leading proposals and negotiations, developing strategic partnerships, maintaining accurate forecasts, and collaborating with product, delivery, and marketing teams. The role focuses on fintech and financial services technology customers, including wealth management, superannuation, financial advice, and digital banking organizations.
