Partner with leaders to deliver workforce planning, performance management, employee relations, talent acquisition, learning and inclusion initiatives. Manage investigations and disciplinary processes, analyse people data, support change and P&C programs, and coach managers to improve retention and capability.

Provide production support for GBST clients: triage and resolve issues, lead version upgrades and UAT, perform defect analysis and create development tickets, support out-of-hours as needed, and liaise with development and stakeholder teams to maintain stable, secure trading applications.

Lead FP&A activities including forecasting, budgeting, financial modelling (P&L, cashflow, ARR), scenario analysis, and monthly reporting. Provide insights on ARR, revenue, AWS/SaaS costs, people costs, margins and profitability. Partner with divisional leaders on commercial deals, client/product profitability and strategic initiatives. Support month-end controls, maintain planning model integrity, and drive process improvements across forecasting and reporting.

Three-month contract Senior Accountant responsible for AASB 15 revenue recognition, investigating ARR and services revenue variances, preparing FBT statements, supporting income tax and tax-effect accounting, fixed asset accounting, and tax reporting (Income Tax, FBT, GST, R&D). Requires collaboration, clear communication with stakeholders, and advanced Excel data manipulation.

Lead requirements elicitation and design for the TaxIntell tax reporting platform, liaise with clients and cross-functional teams, produce BA deliverables and design specs, support UAT and release planning, apply AI/prompt-engineering techniques to improve processes and documentation, and train/end-user support post-implementation.
