Lead and scale Genesys' APAC CX Advisory practice: set regional strategy and operating model, build a high-performing team, advise C-level customers on AI-enabled CX transformation, drive regional commercial growth, establish governance and methodologies, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver measurable customer and business outcomes.

Leads enterprise workforce management consulting engagements from discovery through implementation and adoption. Advises executives and operational leaders on forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling, workforce optimization, ROI, cost control, and employee experience. Develops transformation roadmaps, manages stakeholder change, supports sales teams, demonstrates WEM capabilities, and ensures practical delivery. Collaborates with product teams on user stories and epics while managing multiple global customer engagements and maintaining delivery quality.

Serve as the Asia Pacific Total Rewards subject matter expert, partnering with HR, payroll, finance and vendors to design, implement and govern compensation and benefits programs. Lead regional compensation cycles, market benchmarking, equity awards, benefits administration, compliance, and analytics. Provide strategic consultation, drive process improvements, support M&A impacts, and ensure alignment between global Total Rewards strategy and local market requirements.
