Lead the APAC Pumps & Seals category strategy, growth, pricing, product range, supplier partnerships, and commercial performance. Manage negotiations, trading agreements, market development, inventory and S&OP improvements, and collaboration across sales, engineering, marketing, and supply chain. Lead product and business development teams while providing technical customer support, coaching, and training. The role requires extensive industrial product experience and occasional domestic and international travel.

Manage automotive product ranges and lifecycles across Australia and New Zealand. Drive category growth, sourcing, supplier relationships, own-brand performance, range optimization, forecasting, product quality, data accuracy, and market analysis. Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to deliver competitive products, profitable outcomes, technical support, and customer value.

Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and commercial performance of Motion’s APAC digital product portfolio, including B2B eCommerce platforms, eProcurement integrations, and supporting platform capabilities. Lead product discovery, prioritisation, lifecycle governance, executive business cases, and a multidisciplinary team across product, analysis, data, and design. Drive customer-focused, data-led product delivery while partnering with delivery, sales, marketing, CX, and eCommerce operations.
