Leads business analysis across complex technology initiatives, from discovery and business case development through solution selection, implementation, testing, acceptance, and operational transition. Engages stakeholders, evaluates processes and vendors, manages requirements and risks, supports UAT, improves analysis practices, contributes to governance, and guides junior analysts.

Designs, assesses, and evaluates concrete and embankment dams, spillways, outlet works, and related water infrastructure. Delivers projects from feasibility through detailed design, construction support, and close-out; conducts dam safety surveillance, risk assessments, and mitigation planning. Coordinates multidisciplinary teams, manages budgets and schedules, develops client and stakeholder relationships, supports proposals, and mentors junior engineers.

Join GHD’s two-year graduate program as a Graduate Spatial Analyst in the Location Intelligence team. You will use GIS and spatial and non-spatial data to analyze relationships, create visualizations, and develop actionable client insights across engineering and environmental consulting projects. The role is suited to recent or soon-to-be graduates in geospatial science, surveying, GIS, earth science, cartography, geography, engineering, or computer science. Positions are available across multiple Australian offices, commencing in February 2027.

Develop and apply TUFLOW hydraulic models and ARR-based hydrologic and hydraulic assessments. Deliver flood studies, floodplain risk management studies, and development impact assessments for major infrastructure and urban projects. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders, maintain client relationships, conduct technical reviews, mentor junior staff, and support business development through opportunity identification and proposal preparation.

Lead development and ownership of the enterprise cybersecurity strategy and target-state architecture. Represent cyber risk to CTO and Board. Build specialist sub-teams, own vulnerability management and remediation cadence, command incident response, define and govern Zero Trust across Azure/identity/endpoint, oversee AI security posture, and drive CMMC Level 2 and FedRAMP readiness to enable US Federal client work.
