Leads GHD’s global talent management strategy and team, aligning workforce capability, succession, leadership readiness, performance, development, mobility, and talent insights with business priorities. Establishes enterprise talent frameworks, governance, and adoption approaches; advises executives on critical roles, skills, succession risks, and talent investments; and promotes internal career growth and capability development. Partners across the People function and business to improve data-driven talent decisions and consistent practices globally.

Provide strategic, technical, and operational assurance for major capital investment and infrastructure programs. Review governance frameworks, business controls, audits, compliance, and project risks; conduct technical analysis; manage assignment planning and delivery; negotiate risk mitigation solutions; develop client and internal relationships; support service-line planning, reporting, and growth; and mentor junior consultants.

Lead the delivery of Information Services projects within scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations. Manage stakeholders, risks, dependencies, governance, financial and commercial matters, and executive engagement. Collaborate with business and technology teams across applications, infrastructure, platforms, data, and digital initiatives. Support project delivery frameworks, mentor developing colleagues, and contribute to team capability and culture.
