Provides legal and compliance advice across multiple jurisdictions, serving as Data Protection Officer and Legal Compliance Officer. Administers the privacy program, assesses data processing, advises cross-functional teams on global data protection regulations, drafts privacy notices and data processing agreements, manages records of processing activities, evaluates risks, handles data subject requests, and responds to personal data breaches. Drives compliance improvements and collaborates with regional legal teams.

Support shareholder records and registry operations across jurisdictions: manage registry data and inbox queries, assist with share offers, sales, dividends, shareholder loans, receipting, electronic filing, and stakeholder engagement with share registrars and senior business leaders as part of a two-year graduate development program.

Lead development and ownership of the enterprise cybersecurity strategy and target-state architecture. Represent cyber risk to CTO and Board. Build specialist sub-teams, own vulnerability management and remediation cadence, command incident response, define and govern Zero Trust across Azure/identity/endpoint, oversee AI security posture, and drive CMMC Level 2 and FedRAMP readiness to enable US Federal client work.
