Maintain incident response runbooks, conduct root-cause and lessons-learned reviews, automate security processes, improve detection capabilities, investigate cloud threats and infected hosts, and collaborate across teams on security projects and tooling.

Generate qualified meetings and sales pipeline by managing inbound leads and conducting outbound prospecting across enterprise and mid-market accounts in Australia. Research target accounts, engage buyer personas through calls, email, and social outreach, conduct discovery conversations, track activities in Salesforce, collaborate with sales and marketing teams, attend regional events, and help refine prospecting strategies. The role is fully remote within Sydney or Melbourne and includes onboarding and training.

The role involves being a technical advisor, focusing on AI solutions within GitLab's DevSecOps platform, guiding strategy and value for customers, and leading technical evaluations and workshops.
