Build diverse talent pipelines and benches, map competitive talent markets, partner with recruiters and hiring managers, assess candidate alignment, deliver a strong candidate experience, and maintain accurate recruiting data. Improve sourcing workflows and outreach methods while managing multiple searches in GitLab’s fully remote, asynchronous environment.

Lead strategic field engagements for enterprise prospects and customers across Australia or Singapore. Build executive relationships, provide thought leadership on DevSecOps transformations, shape solution strategy, influence product roadmaps, curate field feedback, develop regional expertise, and advocate for customers. The role requires deep enterprise software architecture, cybersecurity and compliance solution experience, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel and use GitLab extensively.

Own and grow a commercial account territory across Queensland and South Australia by generating pipeline, leading complex B2B SaaS sales cycles, closing new business, and expanding customer adoption. Manage forecasts and opportunities in Salesforce and Clari, build executive relationships, collaborate with cross-functional sales teams, represent GitLab in customer engagements, and mentor fellow account executives.
