The Associate, Client Solutions will recruit industry professionals for GLG’s network, manage relationships, and fulfill client research requests, leveraging strong communication skills.

Develop and program in-person and virtual events for APAC (especially Australia): ideate topics, craft content, source and manage speakers, host and moderate sessions, handle logistics, support marketing/promotions, and lead internal teams to ensure high-quality client-facing events.

Serve as front-desk ambassador and provide administrative and facilities support: greet visitors, manage calls and bookings, coordinate events and catering, handle mail and invoices, assist onboarding, troubleshoot basic IT issues, and support workplace safety and vendor coordination.
