Provide first-line technical support for artists and staff, troubleshooting and repairing hardware, AV equipment, network systems, and creative software. Manage Active Directory accounts and group policies, Google Enterprise users, cybersecurity tools, Perforce, virtualization platforms, monitoring tools, and office inventory. Document incidents, network changes, maintenance procedures, and helpdesk guidance while recommending improvements to infrastructure and supporting a global technology team.

Provide frontline technical support for pipeline tools and systems, resolving and documenting tickets, managing software licenses and access issues, escalating complex problems, identifying recurring trends, QAing developer tools, and maintaining clear documentation. The role supports artists and staff with patient communication while using Python scripting and debugging skills to handle straightforward fixes independently and improve support workflows.

Provides technical and organizational support to the editorial team across animation production. Maintains Premiere projects, organizes files and media, processes storyboards and dialogue recordings, prepares turnovers, manages sound and music libraries, supports screenings and quality control, and publishes production materials including XMLs and timing updates.

Leads Glitch Productions’ global marketing function across original entertainment IP. Responsibilities include building and managing the marketing organization, advancing paid media, analytics, CRM, lifecycle and loyalty capabilities, overseeing campaigns and budgets, establishing scalable systems and KPIs, and partnering cross-functionally to grow and retain a global fan audience.

Supports budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, management reporting, and commercial performance analysis. Partners with production, development, operations, supply chain, and business teams to improve growth and profitability. Analyzes e-commerce sales, margins, inventory, working capital, fulfillment costs, and ROI. Manages finance and e-commerce system integrations, automates reporting, improves processes, and supports accounting, payroll, and finance team development.

Supports the COO through calendar and meeting management, travel coordination, briefing preparation, action-item follow-up, and selective meeting representation. Coordinates cross-functional work with department heads, manages COO-sponsored projects, tracks budgets and vendor relationships, runs all-hands meetings, supports internal communications, and improves operational processes and documentation. The role requires discretion, strong organisation, proactive follow-through, and confidence working with senior leadership in a fast-paced animation studio.

First in-house legal hire to build Glitch's global legal infrastructure: negotiate and draft content, distribution and platform agreements; manage employment, cross-border hiring and entity structuring; protect and enforce IP; lead risk, privacy and dispute responses; and manage outside counsel and legal policies across production, finance and people functions.
