Manage daily studio operations and facilities, liaise with vendors and building management, ensure health and safety compliance, oversee first aid/fire warden programs, coordinate renovations and maintenance, process invoices and expenses, support the COO with travel and executive admin, plan studio events and internal communications, and help maintain a welcoming, inclusive studio environment. Occasional domestic/international travel required.

Develop and implement real-time VFX and cinematic content for animation using Unreal Engine and integrate DCC tools like Houdini into workflows.

The Head of Finance will lead the financial operations, develop strategies, manage multi-IP financial environments, and oversee budgeting and compliance for Glitch Productions.
