Manage development for a slate of animated (3D/2D) shows: recruit core leadership, run parallel workstreams (scripts, casting, visual development), track budget/schedule, deliver proof-of-concept vertical slices, and manage handoffs into production while keeping executives informed.

First in-house legal hire to build Glitch's global legal infrastructure: negotiate and draft content, distribution and platform agreements; manage employment, cross-border hiring and entity structuring; protect and enforce IP; lead risk, privacy and dispute responses; and manage outside counsel and legal policies across production, finance and people functions.

Create high-quality 3D visual effects (smoke, fire, water, explosions, magic, environment) for teasers, trailers and marketing. Develop, integrate and optimize simulations into the production pipeline, collaborate with directors and artists, implement feedback, troubleshoot technical issues, maintain organized files, and deliver polished work on deadline.
