Teams at Global Payments

Design and execute manual and automated test strategies for Sentral and StudentPayPlus. Build and maintain Selenium-based frameworks, perform API and database testing (MSSQL, Cosmos DB), track defects, collaborate with product and development teams in Agile/CI/CD environments, and drive QA process improvements.

Supports approximately 15 senior leaders in a shared-services environment by coordinating calendars, meetings, travel, expenses, purchase orders, invoices, events, onboarding, visitors, catering, and team logistics. The role requires strong organisation, communication, attention to detail, prioritisation, stakeholder management, and proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools.

Coordinates multi-channel marketing campaigns, events, webinars, content development, marketing automation workflows, website updates, lead nurturing, reporting, and performance analysis. Partners with sales, product marketing, customer relationship, and business teams to support pipeline growth, customer engagement, and brand awareness across email, web, social, and paid media channels.
