Participate in a full-time New Analyst program to learn firm operations, support business processes, and ensure accurate, timely trade settlement and reporting. Work with teams to monitor and reengineer systems and processes, mitigate operational risk, and support banking, sales & trading, and asset management functions while building professional skills and networks.

Nine- to ten-week immersive internship within Operations supporting trade lifecycle activities, settlement, reporting, process design, monitoring and risk mitigation. Attend orientation, receive training, and work on real responsibilities alongside teams across banking, sales and trading, and asset management to ensure accurate, timely transactions and efficient processes.

Negotiate, draft, review and execute trading and regulatory documentation (ISDA, CSA, CDEA, GMRA, GMSLA, Master Confirmations). Lead complex negotiations, review legal opinions, liaise with external counsel, mentor juniors, support front office queries, and improve documentation controls and processes.
