Provide trading-floor compliance coverage for Equities sales, trading and listed derivatives in Australia. Monitor regulations, implement compliance programs, design policies, training and testing, support regulatory/internal investigations, and drive strategic compliance initiatives with senior management and control functions.

Design, build, and optimize low-level, high-performance Linux systems (C/C++/Java). Work across kernel and user space on networking, I/O, memory, and scheduling for deterministic low latency. Implement or tune kernel-bypass networking (DPDK/netmap/XDP), profile with perf/eBPF/ftrace, and collaborate on production SLOs, runbooks, and reproducible performance tests.

Nine- to ten-week immersive internship within Operations supporting trade lifecycle activities, settlement, reporting, process design, monitoring and risk mitigation. Attend orientation, receive training, and work on real responsibilities alongside teams across banking, sales and trading, and asset management to ensure accurate, timely transactions and efficient processes.
