Own end-to-end implementation delivery for multiple enterprise utility customers, from contract signature through go-live, hypercare, and handover to Customer Success. Coordinate cross-functional internal teams and customer stakeholders, manage scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, resources, and change, and provide executive updates. Improve implementation processes, tooling, templates, and playbooks while reducing time to customer value.

Owns high-impact ANZ strategic projects spanning commercial growth, customer expansion, partnerships, sales, and delivery. The role translates regional priorities into workstreams, milestones, dashboards, operating cadences, and repeatable playbooks. It resolves cross-functional blockers, improves sales-to-delivery execution, supports priority accounts and partners, and uses data, automation, and AI to improve regional performance. Success is measured through revenue retention, opportunity progression, partner contribution, delivery efficiency, and stronger operating leverage for regional leadership.

Build and ship full-stack features for Flex, a DER orchestration product for electricity utilities. Responsibilities include backend services, data models, web UI, operational tooling, monitoring, reporting, and production observability. Own features end-to-end, integrate power flow and optimization outputs, collaborate across engineering teams, use AI-assisted development tools, and contribute to testing, code quality, CI/CD, and knowledge sharing.
