Provides advice and intake services for complaints, academic integrity matters, reviews, and appeals. The role triages cases, conducts risk assessments, manages low-risk student matters, coordinates confidential records, supports governance committees, and administers declarations of interest. It also improves complaints frameworks and systems, monitors trends and systemic risks, develops guidance and training resources, and collaborates across the university to ensure compliant, consistent case resolution.

Leads the University's privacy compliance program, overseeing RTI and privacy complaint investigations, regulatory liaison, policy updates, training, audits, risk assessments, privacy impact assessments, reporting, and corrective actions. Advises senior leadership and privacy champions, monitors legislative changes, manages systemic privacy issues, and supports continuous improvement of the University's privacy framework.

Leads the Mechanical Workshop team delivering fabrication, machining, welding, assembly, repair, and prototyping services. Coordinates projects, procurement, schedules, resources, quality, safety, and client requirements. Provides technical guidance on equipment, maintenance, training, and operations while mentoring staff and driving continuous improvement. Requires TIG welding expertise, broad materials and workshop equipment experience, and preferably CNC manufacturing capability.
