Provide financial planning, modelling, forecasting and performance reporting to support budgeting, workforce and strategic initiatives. Analyse variances, identify risks and opportunities, prepare reports and deliver clear financial advice. Contribute to process and system improvements and collaborate with stakeholders across Finance and the University to support integrated planning and financial sustainability.

Provide administrative support for program clusters, managing course development, catalogue entries, committee secretariat, policy advice, data collection and analysis for program review, and student engagement. Contribute to process improvements and ensure compliance with university policies to support academic staff and student success.

Lead and manage the School of Humanities, Languages and Social Science across campuses, setting strategic direction, advancing research and teaching excellence, overseeing resources and governance, building external partnerships, securing funding, and representing the School internally and externally.
