Leads business development for Grimshaw’s Sydney studio by developing growth plans, analyzing markets and opportunities, building strategic client partnerships, forecasting revenue, managing KPIs and budgets, generating leads, maintaining client relationships, preparing proposals and bids, and coordinating with marketing. The role requires strong architecture and multidisciplinary-sector contacts across Australia and New Zealand, tender and EOI expertise, and proven commercial business development success.

Lead and embed Computational Design across projects and regions by developing workflows, automation, and AI-enabled tools. Provide technical leadership, mentor specialists, coordinate resources, create standards and training, collaborate with BIM/Sustainability/IT, and represent the practice in industry engagement and research.
