The Founders Associate will collaborate with leadership on strategy and execution, tackle operational issues, and drive improvements across multiple functions while ensuring scalable processes and interfaces with product and engineering teams.

Partner with leadership to define OKRs and GTM strategy, diagnose cross-functional friction across Sales, CS, Product and Finance, build playbooks, analyse data to drive decisions (pricing, funnel leakage), and scope/execute tech solutions with engineering.

The Senior Full Stack Engineer will design and operate scalable services and APIs for an AI compliance platform, making high-impact technical decisions and influencing engineering culture.
