Own onboarding for Halter’s largest APAC enterprise customers, leading multi-site rollout plans, executive stakeholder management, training, change management, and field adoption. The role coordinates Sales, Support, and Product while solving deployment issues, optimizing onboarding processes, and preparing customers to scale across their operations. Regular travel and hands-on work on farms are required.

The Business Development Executive will drive business growth, execute sales strategies, build customer relationships, and contribute to cross-functional teams to optimize sales. Frequent travel is required for customer engagement on farms.

The Regional Sales Manager will drive sales growth in New South Wales, manage quotas, mentor junior staff, source new leads, and build customer relationships while promoting Halter's technology to farmers.

Drive territory growth by prospecting, closing and upselling to beef customers, managing full sales pipeline, onboarding and supporting deployments, collecting field feedback, and collaborating with Product and Support to ensure customer success.
