Lead Halter’s NSW enterprise sales growth across Australia’s beef and dairy sectors. Responsibilities include scaling the sales organization, hiring and coaching talent, conducting field training, managing complex enterprise sales cycles, developing account strategy, reviewing pipeline and forecasts, building industry relationships, and collaborating with product, engineering, marketing, and customer support teams to improve enterprise customer outcomes.
