The Regional Sales Manager will drive sales growth in New South Wales, manage quotas, mentor junior staff, source new leads, and build customer relationships while promoting Halter's technology to farmers.

Drive territory growth and customer success by executing value-based sales, managing full sales cycle, onboarding and supporting beef customers, gathering field feedback, and collaborating with Product and Support to improve Halter's solutions.
