Provide frontline technical support to enterprise customers for an AI-driven platform, handling API/authentication issues, error logs, and product queries. Triage and escalate complex problems, document interactions, update knowledge base content, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve product and support processes. Founding Mid-Market Sales Manager for ANZ: build and lead a team of Account Executives, own pipeline, territory design, quota attainment, and close deals with law firms and in-house legal teams. Act as player-coach, develop regional sales playbook, and collaborate with Legal Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Customer Success, and Marketing to scale a repeatable commercial motion.

Work with lawyers at prospective and current customers to discover workflow pain points, demonstrate tailored product solutions, translate customer feedback into product direction, partner with product/engineering/sales to shape roadmap, build lawyer-focused demos and workflows, and strengthen Harvey's presence in the APAC legal tech market.

Serve as a technical escalation lead for major APAC enterprise customers, triaging and resolving high-severity issues, coordinating cross-functional teams, maintaining account context, leading incident communications, documenting root causes, and building escalation playbooks and runbooks tailored to APAC.

Work directly with law firms and corporate legal teams to design, pilot, and deploy AI-powered legal workflows. Diagnose high-value opportunities, lead discovery and onboarding, translate user insights into roadmap direction, and partner with go-to-market and customer success to embed the platform and measure business impact across practice areas.
