Provide frontline technical support to enterprise customers for an AI-driven platform, handling API/authentication issues, error logs, and product queries. Triage and escalate complex problems, document interactions, update knowledge base content, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve product and support processes. Work Wed–Sun on a hybrid schedule in Sydney.

Own and run day-to-day workplace operations for Harvey's Sydney office, including facilities management, vendor and building management, office logistics, local workplace programs and events, cross-functional partnership (People Ops, IT, Finance), and adapting global workplace standards for APAC while maintaining consistency.

Coordinate end-to-end interview scheduling and candidate communications across APAC. Serve as primary candidate contact, manage logistics with recruiters and hiring managers, improve scheduling workflows, and support onboarding and talent operations as the APAC team scales.
