Manage client relationships and integrated campaigns from concept through execution across broadcast, digital, print, and experiential channels. Oversee deliverable quality, briefs, workflow, budgets, billing, scope, forecasting, and client communications. Provide strategic and creative input, resolve issues, manage project teams, support revenue growth, and keep Account Directors informed of progress, risks, and opportunities.

Manage the development and delivery of brand experiences, activations, events, and integrated campaigns from brief through execution. Responsibilities include coordinating creative ideas, clients, suppliers, production schedules, budgets, permits, logistics, staffing, and on-site delivery. The role also supports pitches and new business while collaborating with PR, social, content, design, and digital teams. Domestic travel across Australia is required for projects.

Develop brand and communications strategies by uncovering consumer, cultural, category, and commercial insights. Challenge briefs, identify distinctive creative opportunities, build client trust, partner with account and creative teams, and lead strategic thinking. Present complex ideas clearly, support recommendations with research and analytics, contribute to effectiveness reporting, and proactively guide strategy across the agency and Havas Village.
