Manages client relationships and serves as the primary daily contact across integrated advertising campaigns. Leads projects from concept through execution, coordinates agency teams, oversees deliverable quality, manages timelines, budgets, purchase orders, billing, and scope, and communicates status and risks. Contributes to creative briefs, provides feedback, resolves issues, supports team management, forecasts workflow, and identifies opportunities to grow account revenue.

Lead a portfolio of client accounts delivering earned-media-first integrated communications. Provide senior strategic counsel, build senior client relationships, identify growth opportunities, oversee account performance (quality, finances, resourcing), mentor team members, drive new business, and champion agency culture and leadership within a fast-paced agency environment.
