Manage customer accounts and collections for a centralized credit function. Responsibilities include high-volume collection calls, negotiating overdue payments, monitoring credit risks, managing credit claims and customer orders within limits, maintaining account documentation, preparing reports, and collaborating with Sales to resolve payment issues. The role is a full-time fixed-term contract based in Parramatta through March 2027.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual group financial reports and consolidations; support statutory reporting, financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, audits, and compliance. Coordinate reporting inputs across business units, maintain consolidation systems, strengthen financial controls, and improve finance processes.
