Lead national payroll operations for a large, geographically dispersed workforce. Manage and develop a team of seven, ensure accurate and compliant payroll delivery, oversee Australian payroll legislation and statutory obligations, and drive governance, audits, reporting, reconciliations, process improvement, transformation, and SAP Payroll enhancements. Partner with HR, Finance, IT, and operational stakeholders while managing legislative changes, system upgrades, and payroll-related projects.

Advanced SAP and Microsoft Office skills, accounting qualifications, and knowledge of Australian and International Accounting Standards are required.

Manage relationships and sales opportunities for ready-mix concrete customers across Sydney’s Northern Beaches. Responsibilities include developing existing and new accounts, maintaining the sales pipeline and rolling order book, monitoring market and competitor activity, identifying customer solutions, collaborating with internal teams, and contributing to regional sales targets. The role requires organized territory management, commercial thinking, strong communication, and the ability to explain products and technical information effectively.
