Own month-end and year-end close across global entities; maintain financial controls, intercompany and reconciliations; deliver management reports and statutory filings (IFRS/local GAAP); manage and develop the accounting team; oversee tax/regulatory obligations and audits; improve ERP workflows, integrations and automation; partner with AR, FP&A and FinOps to scale the finance function and apply AI tooling to increase efficiency.

Own and maintain the Help Center and support content end-to-end. Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Support to deliver timely, structured content that feeds both human and AI-assisted support tools. Build content systems, write articles and SOPs, standardize cross-audience approaches, and fast-track fixes for top ticket drivers.

Own the integrations product and platform: set roadmap, prioritize connectors, drive migration to a shared integration framework, and enable customers and regional teams. Translate EMR/HL7/FHIR realities into specs, ensure integration quality and reliability, and balance build-vs-configure trade-offs while working with engineering, commercial, and EHR partners.
