Own Australian entity bookkeeping and month-end close, manage daily reconciliations, accounts payable, payroll and BAS compliance. Improve financial systems, document processes, and drive adoption of tools like Xero and Airwallex. Fixed-term 6 month contract reporting to Finance Director.

Responsible for establishing and overseeing the trade compliance function, ensuring export compliance with DSGL, ITAR, EAR, and managing associated authorizations and training.

Lead implementation and administration of HR systems, maintain HR policies and compliance, design onboarding and L&D, manage performance and remuneration cycles, coordinate recruitment and employee relations, report people metrics, and build culture across an international team.
