Advise clients on funds-related M&A, private capital transactions, structured investments, capital raising, and investment structures. Manage transactions from inception through completion, coordinate due diligence, negotiate sale and governance agreements, draft fund and structured investment documents, and support real asset fund raisings. The role also involves collaborating with tax, real estate, debt, and international teams while developing strong client relationships and delivering commercially focused legal advice.

Support the administration and maintenance of Workday and related HR systems across Australia. Provide first-line user support, perform data uploads and integrity audits, maintain documentation and training materials, and assist with system testing, upgrades, and releases. Collaborate with HR, IT, and global stakeholders to resolve issues, protect HR data, and improve people technology processes.

Advise clients on improving legal-function effectiveness through operating model design, process improvement, resourcing strategy, technology, and AI adoption. Lead end-to-end project design and delivery, facilitate workshops, develop digital and legal engineering solutions, manage client relationships, support business development, and contribute to strategic initiatives. The role also involves stakeholder influence, client-facing communication, change management, design thinking, data analysis, and mentoring within a multidisciplinary team.
