The Sales Manager will lead the Account Executive team in Sydney, drive new business growth for HiBob's SaaS platform, and manage relationships through the sales cycle while achieving targets and forecasting sales.

Manage the full sales cycle for APJ: prospect and build pipeline, qualify multi-stakeholder mid-market opportunities, deliver product demos, engage CPOs and People leaders, use MEDDIC/MEDDPICC, maintain Salesforce CRM, forecast and hit targets, and close six-figure deals. Represent the company at events and build partner relationships.

Lead and coach a team of Implementation Managers delivering multiple concurrent SaaS implementations across APJ. Own delivery quality, operational performance, utilisation, forecasting, escalations, and cross-functional partnership to improve time-to-value and scaling processes for Professional Services.
