Drive enterprise pipeline in Australia by prospecting named accounts (1,000+ employees), mapping stakeholders, executing account-based outreach across phone, email and LinkedIn, securing meetings for Account Executives, and collaborating on territory and engagement strategies using sales tech.

The Sales Manager will lead the Account Executive team in Sydney, drive new business growth for HiBob's SaaS platform, and manage relationships through the sales cycle while achieving targets and forecasting sales.

Provide technical, timely customer support across email, phone and Zoom; troubleshoot and investigate issues; escalate complex cases and keep customers informed; manage multiple queues and time zones; create Help Center content; identify and improve internal processes; meet weekly and monthly KPIs while collaborating with the team.
