Leads Hilton’s Australia Area Sales Office, driving national account revenue, market share, and customer relationships across Australasia. Develops sales strategies, manages key accounts, supports hotel openings, and leads a distributed team of sales professionals. Responsible for hiring, coaching, performance management, stakeholder alignment, trade shows, roadshows, and commercial planning while ensuring compliance with company standards.

Manages Hilton’s strategic corporate and group accounts across Australia, developing account strategies, driving transient and group revenue, managing RFPs, negotiating contracts, and expanding business opportunities. Builds long-term client and hotel relationships, coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, monitors account performance, attends industry events, and uses Salesforce to track customer activity and results.

Directs the hotel's finance and accounting operations, including financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, compliance, financial controls, transaction approvals, and asset protection. Advises hotel leadership and ownership on performance and operational decisions while developing and leading a high-performing finance team. Ensures adherence to GAAP, statutory requirements, company policies, and reporting deadlines.
