Partner cross-functionally to prioritise growth initiatives, optimise lifecycle journeys, deliver personalised campaigns through Braze, and run experiments using customer data and behavioural insights. Communicate results and recommendations, contribute to lifecycle strategy, and collaborate with copywriting, Product, Design, and Engineering teams to scale effective programs.

Lead multiple software teams via Engineering Managers and Tech Leads to own delivery, technical direction, operational health, and business outcomes. Set architecture, CI/CD, testing, observability, security, and AI-native engineering practices while partnering with Product and Design to prioritise impactful work and develop leaders.
