Leads and manages an analytics engineering team while setting organization-wide standards for data modeling, governance, observability, and self-service analytics. Designs scalable dbt and Databricks data models, semantic layers, data contracts, and reliable data products integrated with Tableau. Drives CI/CD, automated testing, documentation, pipeline performance, data quality, and cross-functional alignment across engineering, analytics, commercial, product, and data science teams.

Onboard and support tradie customers through a high-volume, phone-based role. Responsibilities include inbound and outbound calls, subscription nurturing and renewals, campaign performance tracking, ROI education, issue resolution, tailored recommendations, lead creation, and maintaining accurate Salesforce records. The role requires meeting activity and sales targets while following scripts, regulations, and quality standards.

Analyze data, trends, acquisition funnels, segmentation, and feature experiments to generate actionable business and product recommendations. Build insight-sharing frameworks, support analytics requirements, measure results, and communicate findings to stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Commercial teams. The role requires advanced SQL, enterprise data warehouse experience, and strong BI skills, with opportunities to use forecasting, statistical modeling, Python, dbt, Databricks, and Snowflake.
