Manage the full contract lifecycle for the Transformers business across customers, vendors, suppliers, and partners. Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, negotiating, executing, and administering contracts; managing claims, changes, settlements, risks, and compliance; maintaining contract records; reviewing tender terms; and establishing contract management procedures across the HUB. The role also leads resources, coordinates with business stakeholders, and supports international contractual relationships.

Lead contract management for Hitachi Energy’s Grid Automation business in Australia. Responsibilities include contract governance, reviewing and negotiating customer and supplier agreements, developing commercial strategies, managing execution activities, claims, variations, warranties, and entitlements, and mitigating contractual risks. The role partners with Legal, Project Management, and Sales teams to resolve disputes and improve project outcomes.

Manage 7–8 strategic energy-sector accounts across renewables, power generation, transport, utility, and mining markets. Develop account plans, drive revenue and order growth, build executive customer relationships, lead sales strategies, negotiate commercial agreements, resolve customer issues, monitor competitors, and coordinate technical, marketing, and commercial teams to deliver tailored Hitachi Energy solutions.
