Lead software configuration, integration and deployment for the Alvea platform across rail programs. Oversee CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, version control, troubleshooting, cloud-native and containerised solutions, and collaborate with local/global teams to build capability and ensure consistent technical delivery.

Manage contract lifecycle for transformer business, review and negotiate commercial and technical terms, oversee contract administration, risk and claim management, support sales and project execution, ensure compliance, train teams, and provide cross-functional contract guidance.

Prepare and review tender responses and techno-commercial proposals for transformers, support sales meetings and negotiations, develop costing and technical offers, analyse market and competitor data, perform win/loss and risk reviews, and ensure adherence to HSE standards while supporting local sales to achieve order growth.
